  1. Dear Dr. Schrock,

Peace to you in our Lord Jesus Christ.

I am writing on behalf of the A Kernel of Wheat Christian Ministries to inquire about the right to translate your “Children: A Blessed Necessity.” and “One Beautiful, Scandalous Night: How God Brings Redemption through a Foolish Plan, a Faithful Woman, and a Righteous Man (Ruth 3:1-18).” into Chinese. The resultant article will be published at AKOWCM digest, which is published every four months since 2008 and composed of articles (most are translated from English) that we feel important to improve current Chinese church condition. Articles published before include Dr. D. A. Carson’s lecture series on New Perspective on Paul (NPP), Dr. Michael Horton’s article on the value of theology, John MacArthur’s article on the nature of today’s gospel message, Dr. Sidney Greidanus’s article on theological interpretation, just to name a few. The printed version of AKOWCM digest is freely distributed among Chinese churches worldwide and the e-copy in pdf format is also available online for free.

We really appreciate if you could consider our request thoughtfully. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

    Soli Deo gloria,

    Enoch Pan
On behalf of A Kernel of Wheat Christian Ministries
